Honest Restaurant was born on the streets of Ahmedabad — a city famous for its vibrant, irresistible street food culture. Our founders grew up eating at roadside carts where the food was simple, fresh, and prepared with love. No pretense. No shortcuts. Just honest flavour.
When we came to the Pacific Northwest, we brought those recipes and that spirit with us. We wanted the Indian community here — and anyone who loves bold, authentic food — to have a place where they could taste real India without flying halfway across the world.
Today, Honest serves the greater Eastside of Seattle from our home in Bellevue, Washington. Our menu is 100% vegetarian, our prices are honest, and our kitchen is run by a team that genuinely cares about every plate we send out.
